Via symbolizes both the vine that has been growing here for centuries and the journey through the heart of Hu\u0219i.\nThe viticultural history of this region begins in 1415, when the city&#8217;s vineyards were first mentioned, and today we are proud to continue this legacy. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In our desire to restore the vineyard to its former glory, we have saved the old winery and transformed it into a modern and welcoming winery.\nThis initiative is helping to save a heritage wine-growing centre that has suffered continuous degradation since 1990, revitalizing the region&#8217;s viticultural tradition and providing a new direction for the future. <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The modernization of the winery has been an ambitious 4-year journey.\nDuring this period, we rebuilt the historic cellars and modernized the winery with the most advanced equipment for the production and bottling of sparkling wines.\nOur products include both classic and charmat method sparkling wines, as well as miniatures and dosages.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cool corridors and wine cellar with over 110,000 bottles preserve the history and character of the place.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a sustained investment effort, the&nbsp;<strong>is ready<\/strong>&nbsp;to start producing still wines and&nbsp;<strong>various types<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>of<\/strong> sparkling wines, obtained by the classic and charmat method.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This new chapter in the story will reposition Podgoria Hu\u0219i among the sparkling wine producers in
